Cancellation, Return/Exchange & Refund Policy

Our Gadgets Online Team believes in giving quick and fast services. Along with this, we make sure all the expectations are properly accomplished when it comes to value and quality. At last, we want that our customers should be completely satisfied every time they make purchasing with us. We believe that you understand that every manufacturer has their own kind of return and refund policy. So, read out the terms and conditions to make your doubts clear.

CANCELLATION : 

If you change your mind for any reason and want to cancel the order, then please write a mail to us within 24 hours of placing the order on gadgetsonline24x7@gmail.com or you can reach us on +91-8334830892. 

In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the delivery and inform us of the same via email.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT : 

The buyers are eligible to return the product if the product comes defective or in non-working condition or any wrong product received.  

 

Please always make a Video of the parcel before and during unboxing. On arrival check that your product is working or not, if it doesn’t then please inform us via email or call within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will connect with you as soon as possible and make sure that you get the replacement, pending inspection and even approval.

Beforehand you go for the return of a product, make sure that you read all the information given below : 

​

  • You must keep the original receipt at the time of return.

  • Make sure that you haven’t used the product and it should be returned in original unaltered box. Along with this, the packing material, manuals, accessories and warranty cards are also there.

  • After return approval the product should be returned within 2 business days. 

  • The company will bear the courier cost for return.

When you are not eligible for return? â€‹

  • If the cutting of package is done through manufacturer’s packaging.

  • When the item is damaged or used before returning or replacing.

  • The condition when original packaging materials are lost.

Replacement/Refund policy : 

We are with you to replace the item if you have received defective or wrong item. However, the defective items are liable to be repaired, refunded or exchanged based on the condition.

After receiving the returned product, we do the exchange of within 5-10 business days. 

In case of refund (if the product is unavailable for replacement), once your refund is approved, our team refunds the payable refund via original mode of payment. In this process, we hardly require 7-10 business days to get your credit appear in the account. Most of the time the payment is made in the same method the original purchase is made. Note down that we only do refund of the original amount. Any kind of shipping and handling fees are not at all refundable.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING CHARGES :

Most of the products have Free Shipping.  Free shipping is only applicable for deliveries within India and for a minimum order value of Rs.1000.  If the minimum order value is less than Rs.1000, you will be charged Rs.150 for the same.

The shipping charge of a product if any is displayed during the check out process.

SHIPPING DURATION : 

Delivery time is between 1 and 10 business days. 
Regular FREE shipping can take 4-10 business days.
Express Shipping takes 2-4 business days (Charges extra). 
Overnight shipping reaches the next day (Charges extra). 

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order placed. Delivery time will vary based on your location. Most packages get delivered in accordance with the above schedule.

DELIVERY POLICY : 

Please also note that each shipment of items in an order requires an adult's signature
upon delivery.

If there is any change in delivery address, after the order has been placed the shipment
shall be retained at the shipper's branch office for you to collect. You can ask for a
shipper's branch location nearest to you for picking-up the shipment. 

WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES

Branded products sold on this site are covered by Manufacturer's warranty.

Some products carry a seller's warranty.
